  1. Great podcast. I have 2 main goals this year: 1. Apply for Graphic45 design team. I can't control if I make it, but I can at least try. 2. Grow my You Tube channel. I am up to 383 subscribers. I hope to get over 1,000 this year.

  2. This podcast is a great motivator to get things moving in 2017. I have two goals for this year. 1. Sell my cards on a consistent basis. I sell the here and to family and friends, but want to increase the frequency so to have an income from it. 2. Take better pictures of my cards. This goes hand in hand with supporting goal #1.

  3. My goals for 2017 are to get at least one card or mixed media piece in a magazine and to be more confident in what I create so I am brave enough to send in submissions to meet my first goal. I also want to overcome my aversion to being in pictures. The ones I love will want photos with me in them when I am gone and they love me as I am so I need to learn to also.
I also would like to start posting regularly on my blog. That way I can take displaying my cards to submitting them in small steps. First get comfortable posting them on my blog and then submitting them to magazines.

  5. Great podcast and I like the idea of creating a timeline. Too often as a mom my personal and crafty goals get pushed aside so having a timeline would ensure more focus on certain tasks to get me to the end goal. My 2 crafty goals are to enter at least two card challenges a month and to start a blog with the long term goal of getting on a design team. Thanks for the inspiration!

I might broaden that to local teachers, small businesses in the craft industry in general... We'll see what my brain is able to come up with in the way to CHA :)

  14. I had a number of goals in my head which I hadn't formulated into a definite thing. Get a job was my initial one but I'd given up on that and decided I was going to get my cards online and for sale, do online colouring classes. Then out of the blue I got my initial goal just like that and was offered a job that I applied for last year and was a reserve for. So all other goals have been shelved and I've achieved my main goal for a long time which is to have a "proper" job. Cardmaking can remain a delightful hobby.

Does that count? My goal for this year is now "don't cock it up".

My goal for this year is always be myself (hopefully kind, sensitive and positive).

My crafty goals are always many, but definitely:
    1. Good cards -> good photos -> good blogging
    2. Youtube channel!!!

So... let's keep on doing! :)

  17. Oh Suzana you did it again with thiis podcast. I am sick and what a better way to hear an listen to you words of wisdom. My goal for this year is to do as many challenges becuase it is the best way to get known! I want to be out in the social media without having a blog! I will be focusing on my IG account and pinterest. My other goal is to do more Cas cards, I struggle with this style. I want to put more but i have relized that they are easy peasy to do. My third goal is my mixed media which is under my desk for now. Love the grunge and vintage style. But I have too many things going on and on top I love to travel. Life is too short and i take too much creating but i do enjoy doing it. So for me it is a slow process for now!
